The subject of the contract is divided into 8 parts depending on the required technical and functional parameters in the following scope: Part no. 1: Gelatin absorbable hemostatic agent - Gelatin sponge Part no. 2: Oxidized regenerated cellulosePart no. 3: Hemostatic agent with the use of thrombin Part no. 4: Praskove polysaccharide hemostatic agent with applicator Part no. 5: Pressure hemostatic patch Part no. 6: Oxidized regenerated cellulose for use in neurosurgery Part no. 7: Synthetic hydrogel adhesive Part no. 8: Gelatine haemostatic lyophilized kit The subject of the order must be new, unused, in the original packaging without any signs of damage or functional defects, with the minimum technical and functional parameters specified by the public procurer and must be specified for humane use. The offered object of the order must meet the defined specification. If the description and specification of the subject of the order contain information or references to a specific manufacturer, process, brand, trade name, type, it is possible to submit an offer with an equivalent product, but it must meet the minimum technical-medical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract, or it must have the same or better technical properties. All offered goods must comply with the relevant requirements set forth in EU legal regulations.
