Description of Purchase: The aim of the acquisition is to provide the Web-based Match Making Web Service as a SaaS service and the user servicefor costing events. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the City of Oulu is understood to mean, under this acquisition, operators under the y code of Oulu (0187690-1), including commercial enterprises. We want to offer people who are participating in our events an active networking opportunityand increase customer satisfaction. Match Making The online service must allow at least the following functions: - Creating and presenting the own profiles of the participants (texts, pictures, links) to other participants - Matching the interests of the participants (search / offer)Matches / hits) and search functions - People who are interested in making meeting requests to the Match Making event - Acceptance / acceptance of meetings - Participants' timetables (appointment calendar) and place reservations (table numbers)Match Making - Participants - Invitations and reminders of upcoming scheduled meetings for participants - Utilization of information after the event - Language versions Finnish and English The web service user support should include the following services: - TGuidance for the use of the tool for the Subscriber - Technical support and maintenance, opening of new events (if not for the user), customer support for online service users (Ordering Event Organizers) at least on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. The contracting entity chooses, on the basis of tenders, one Service Provider, lowest price. The lowest cost is based on the fact that all quality factors required by the provided Service are included in the minimum requirements. The selected Service Provider must complete the suitability requirements specified in the call for tender. The city of Oulu organizes thiscurrently has about 5 to 10 different size match-making events per year, and uses related services for about 10, 000 euros a year.
