Description of Purchase: The aim of the acquisition is to get a contract with the City of Oulu to provide a high quality, easy to use and cost-effective online Match Matchingtool (service, web application) for networking events. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the City of Oulu is understood to mean, under this acquisition, operators under the y code of Oulu (0187690-1), including commercial enterprises. We want to offer people participating in our eventse active networking and increase customer satisfaction. An online, online tool (service) should allow at least: - Creating and presenting the members 'own profiles (texts, pictures, links) to other participants - Participants' interests (Matching / Matching) and Matching Functions - People who are interested in making meeting requests to the Match Making event - Confirmation / Acceptance of Meetings - Participants' Timetables (Meeting Calendar) and Venues (table appointmentsDifferences) for meeting at the actual Match Making event - Intermediate contacts with tool / service - Invitations and reminders for future scheduled appointments - Use of information after the event -- Technical support and maintenance, opening of new events, customer support on weekdays - Language versions Finnish and English The Procuring Unit selects one service provider on the basis of the bids, the lowest price for selection. The selected service provider must complete a notice in the invitation to tendersuitability requirements and the criteria for the acquisition object. The city of Oulu currently hosts about 5-10 different size match-making events per year and uses related services for about 10, 000 euros a year.
