As part of the operational implementation of the development concession, the holder will have the mission of designing the public spaces of the urban project and then following their development arrangements. The project proposed by the holder must be compatible with the cost, the planning ofthe operation and the urban project. The market includes the following missions: o A classic project management mission for the design of the Masse plan, its operational declination and monitoring of servicing and planning of public spaces, o a mission of assistance to masterof work in the development of regulatory files, in particular for the development permit, o a mission to supervise future constructions with the development of an architectural, urban, landscape and environmental prescriptions as well as sheets of specific lots to certainIlots and monitoring of the development of construction projects, o a mission of consultation with site users and residents.
