Tender Type: Request for Tenders (RFT). Region: Wellington Overview: The purpose of this RFT is for Masterton District Council (MDC) to procure a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractor with the expertise to deliver the full Scope of Services outlined in Section 6 for Masterton-s District Councils Waiata House HVAC Upgrade Project (the Project). The project is part of the MDC vision to create future-proofed healthy workspace for staff. The HVAC Contractor will be responsible for delivering on this vision and will play a vital role in transforming the building into a significantly improved and more comfortable workspace for staff - creating lasting benefits for the current and future team. The work packages we are requiring may include, but are not limited to: i. HVAC Plant Equipment procurement and installation ii. Ductwork Systems iii. Control Systems (BMS) iv. Seismic Restraint and Bracing v. Testing, Commissioning and Balancing vi. Decommissioning and Demolition vii. Associated ceiling removal and replacement works for access viii. Passive fire protection of fire cell penetrations ix. Associated Electrical works x. Seismic bracing of all new equipment xi. Deliverables and scope limitations are as per Section 6.
