Tender Details

The city of Lucerne, represented by the building directorate, city planning service department, invites you to submit an offer for the "Master Plan City Current Station Lucerne" in the open procedure. In the context of the planning for a passage station in Lucerne, central issues of urban development around the train station are to be discussed together with the relevant partners as part of a suitable process and recorded in a master plan. The order includes both the process support and the gradual development of the end product master plan in the sense of a non -formal planning instrument. An interdisciplinary processing of the topics of mobility, urban development/urban planning, open and social space is expected. We are looking for planning offices or planner communities that have experience with complex planning processes in the area of large infrastructure projects, are familiar with the Swiss conditions and have the competence for the thematic and methodological management of a large spatial planning project.
