Tender Details

VAV Group tenders a framework arrangement for architectural design services for residential construction sites. The procurement includes the main and architectural design tasks of the renovation and renovation projects. The planned renovation and renovation projects are mainly built in the 1980s and 1990s.residential apartment buildings and townhouses. Repairs to them are facade, gutter, plumbing and building technology repairs, as well as renovations of yards and apartments. Basic repairs and basic improvements aim to improve the life cycle properties of the real estate stock.

Design tasks are carried out by RAccording to T-card RT 10-10827 "To-do list for apartment planning", starting from the draft design phase and ending with the end of the warranty period. The card is attached to the procurement notice

The planning tasks also include:

- Preparation and maintenance of the planning schedule.calculating and updating the volumes (k-m2, brm2, asm2, m³) The instructions are attached to the procurement notice.

- Tasks related to quality assurance.

- Participating in planning and site meetings throughout the planning and construction: approximately every four weeks for approximately 2 years.
