Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public order within this procurement procedure is:

a) supply of new (not refurbished) unused medical device - 1 mass spectrometer intended for routine identification of microorganisms and dangerous biological agents for use in the microbiological departmente of the client, including transport to the client's headquarters, installation, assembly - commissioning, carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning and operator briefing in min. within 5 working days in accordance with the applicable legislation for medical devices. Disassembly and removal are part of the subjectand ecological disposal of existing equipment in accordance with applicable legislation and also the provision of a free guarantee for quality in accordance with § 2113 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code with a duration of 24 months; the warranty also includes a free warranty authorized comprehensive servicesecurity required for the operation of the medical device according to the applicable legislation.

b) performing post-warranty authorized service security of the mass spectrometer, namely at least periodic safety and technical inspections, including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the lawem No. 268/2014 Coll. and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, for a period of 8 years from the end of the quality guarantee according to letter a) above.
