Description : This project involves the chipping off of concrete portions, excavation, and the removal of dilapidated structures, including the disposal of unnecessary debris.
The scope of work includes the supply and placement of filling materials, trees, and drainage weep holes. Additionally, concrete will be supplied and placed for footings, RC columns, plinth beams, column stiffeners, slab-on-grade, and other structural elements as specified in the plan.
Reinforcements will be supplied and installed for concrete footings, pedestals, affected concrete flooring, and other structural components as indicated in the plan.
The project also includes the supply, delivery, and installation of 4" thick concrete hollow blocks (CHB) with steel reinforcements, along with mortar and smooth plastering on both sides, following the plan and specifications.
