It is about specialized laboratory equipment that enables the creation of precisely defined micro- and nanostructures without the need to use classic photolithographic masks. The purpose of the required equipment is to expand the technological possibilities of the workplace in the area of ​​preparation micro- and nanostructures. The device will enable flexible and quick preparation of structures without the need to produce photomasks, thereby streamlining research and development activities. The acquisition of equipment will contribute to an increase in quality, efficiency and competitiveness workplace research activities.
