Tender Details

The contract aims to appoint a company responsible for the complete mission of carrying out the work for the major renovation of four buildings and their surroundings into 31 social housing units and a community space. The project located on the Usquare site aims to be exemplary in terms of circularity andreuse. The renovation integrates elements of reuse in the structural work, finishing touches and equipment. The contract contains two mandatory options: the first relating to the RF painting of metal structures and the second relating to an accessory service contract pfor the maintenance of the surrounding area for two years from provisional acceptance. The project is carried out within the framework of the Habitat Alliance.
