MARPAC Formation Safety and Environment - Training Development Services.Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services:.1 Production of high-quality, innovative, interactive, and engaging safety and environmental orientation, training, and promotional materials; and, .2 Development of specialized training courses and courseware associated to meet safety and environmental Safety and Environmental Systems (SEMS) Directive requirements. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
