Performance of work will primarily occur within a 50-mile radius of Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, VA. The Contractor, under the direction of MARMC as an independent Contractor and not as an agent of the Government, shall furnish the necessary management, technical support, labor, material support services, equipment, and facilities to accomplish insulation and lagging removal and installation.
