Description

This is not a solicitation. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources and capability for delivery for this requirement including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.

This sources sought does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the PRNG USPFO PR will act in this matter.

REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: Items are required to be delivered no later than Monday, July 15, 2024.

REQUESTED RESPONSES TOPICS: Responses should include technical information description such as catalogs, images, item descriptions, material used, durability, and product quality information. Any public discussion of the results of this sources sought/request for information may disclose information about identities of the respondents. It is not USPFO PR Contracting Division-s intent to disclose publicly respondents' proprietary information obtained in response to this RFI. To the full extent that it is protected pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and other laws and regulations, information identified by a Respondent as "Proprietary or Confidential" will be kept confidential, and the respondent must mark it as such.
