Berytech is seeking to hire consultants that will be able to support Social Enterprise Cluster (SEC) in developing a go-to-market strategy as per the scope of the interventions mentioned below. Social Enterprise Cluster is a food social enterprise specialized in cooking and distributing food such as healthy snacks and vacuum meals to schools, NGOs, and elderly centers.

Scope of work and Deliverables
The Consultant is expected to fulfill the following in addition to any other task required:

Market Analysis and Target Audience Identification:
Conduct a thorough market analysis to understand the landscape of schools and NGOs, including trends, competition, and key stakeholders.
Identify and define target audience segments within the schools and NGOs sector.
Go-to-Market Strategy Development:
Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the needs of schools and NGOs.
Determine market entry approaches, positioning strategies, pricing models, and distribution channels.
Marketing Plan Development:
Create a customized marketing plan outlining the key marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, and timelines.

As part of the program-s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to:

Deliver a briefing report to the program-s team.
Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program-s team
Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session if requested by the program-s team
Conducting pre-post assessment, feedback and attendance as requested by the program team

At least 15 years of experience in similar projects.

The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection; the exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both the company-s and the Consultant-s availability not exceeding the end of November 2023. The total budget allocated for the intervention is within the range of USD 300/man-day.
