Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is a contract for the upkeep, maintenance and carrying out of work relating to green spaces and automatic watering systems in the Paris La Défense area. It includes:  A part paid at a global and fixed price, relating to: - The routine and scheduled maintenance of green spaces, in compliance with the principles of differentiated management defined by the Project Owner; - Preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic watering systems, including monitoring, adjustment and maintaining the installations in good working order.  A part paid for with purchase orders, relating to the carrying out of one-off works: - Work to create, requalify and renew green spaces (planting, grassing, development of flowerbeds, soil improvement, etc.); - Work on automatic watering systems (extension, modification, renewal or optimization of installations). The services are carried out at the request of the Project Owner, as and when required, within the framework of purchase orders.
