Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is a contract for the upkeep, maintenance and carrying out of work relating to green spaces and automatic watering systems in the Paris La Défense area. It includes:  A part paid at a global price and fixed price, relating to: - The routine and scheduled maintenance of green spaces, in compliance with the principles of differentiated management defined by the Project Owner; - Preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic watering systems, including monitoring, adjusting and maintaining the installations in good working order.  A part paid for purchase orders, relating to the carrying out of one-off work: - Work to create, requalify and renew spaces green (plantations, turfing, development of flowerbeds, soil improvement, etc.); - Work on automatic watering systems (extension, modification, renewal or optimization of installations). The services are carried out at the request from the Project Owner, as and when required, within the framework of purchase orders. The contract is broken down into two distinct lots: • Lot No. 1 Green spaces; • Lot No. 2 Automatic watering. The holders of these two lots are required to ensure permanent coordination, in order to guarantee the consistency of interventions and the good condition of planted areas and watering installations.
