A market survey is being conducted to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set this future project aside for them. Project Description: Design Bid Build a single story Virtualized Electromagnetic Warfare and Mission Engineering Center. The building includes SSO space; mission engineering support spaces (collaborative and office); and live virtual constructive reconfigurable laboratories equipped to conduct engineering and operations-based testing. The facility must be ICD 705 and meet anti-terrorism standards UFC compliant (4-010-01). The facility must incorporate necessary cybersecurity features. Supporting facility spaces include: entry lobby; breakroom; restrooms; receiving; server room; communications, electrical and mechanical rooms. Site preparation including pavement, utilities, stormwater management, and incidental improvements and demolition will be required. Three separate floor plans will be solicited for quotation a 6, 900 SF, 8, 100 SF, and 8, 900 SF. One floor plan will be selected for construction contingent upon bid cost.
Contract duration is estimated at 674 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $5, 000, 000 and $10, 000, 000. NAICS code is 236220.
