This is a market survey of the procurement, the target of which is Swedish-language early childhood education and preschool services 2026-2029 (2030) in Jarvenpaa. The procurement is described in more detail in the service description (appendix 2). The service to be procured is a service according to CPV code 85312100-0 (Day care services), which is regulated in § 107 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) (Regulations applicable to the procurement of social and health services and other special services). The anticipated total value of the acquisition excluding value added tax is 3, 000, 000 euros. The procurement does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the procurement entity attached to this market survey. The market survey is not a request for tenders, but the materials have been made for familiarization and commenting in advance. The actual call for tenders will be published at the end of 2025.
