As part of the procurement preparation, the procurement unit carries out a market dialogue. Please note that this is a market survey notice, and this notice does not ask for offers. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary. Participating or not participating in the market dialogue does not affect the bidder's possibilities to participate in the procurement procedure that will be implemented later. Market dialogue is not mandatory no one to participate in the competition and excludes no one from it. The goal of the market dialogue is to map the ability of the service providers operating in the market to implement nationwide unaddressed distribution in accordance with the set requirements and gather information to support the preparation of the procurement and request for tenders. PRELIMINARY DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is the national distribution service of the preparedness guide prepared by the Ministry of the Interior. The object of the acquisition is not the design, printing or other production of the guide, but the distribution of the finished printed product to the recipients. The material to be distributed is a printed product weighing no more than 50 grams. The guide must be distributed without an envelope as an unaddressed distribution to all households in Finland. The target of distribution is also companies. Distribution will come covers the entire area of Finland. Sámi language versions of the guide will be produced, the distribution of which must take place at the same time as the distribution in Finnish and Swedish. The distribution will start in November...
