2M-IT Oy produces ICT solutions for welfare areas and municipalities. The company operates on an in-house principle and tenders and produces services for its owner-customers. The owner-customers are the welfare regions of Varsinais-Finland, Satakunta and Ostrobothnia (end customers). have, together with 2M-IT Oy, started preparations related to a possible large-scale procurement of SaaS services for the HR entity to be launched separately. The target of the planned acquisition would be an overall solution that covers personnel information management (HRM) and payroll processes and workforce management as a SaaS service. The mentioned End Customers could, if they wish, use the aforementioned services separately in a phased manner. Implementation and commissioning would start according to the plan The plan is to carry out the purchase through a single tender (competitive) negotiation procedure, where the contracting partner and customer towards the supplier is the procurement unit 2M-IT Oy.
