MARKET SURVEY NOTICE Helsingin Musiikkitalo Oy is planning to tender restaurant services so that the production of services and the contract period will start in 08/2027. Helsingin Musiikkitalo Oy asks interested journalists to register for market dialogue. Market dialogues are organized on a supplier-by-supplier basis. Market dialogues are planned to be held with suppliers in the first half of February 2026 (weeks 6-7). Helsingin Musiikkitalo Oy will send more details market mapping material for those suppliers who are invited to the market dialogue. Suppliers who are willing to participate in the market dialogue are asked to send a notification to the following e-mail: ravintolapaliklutus@musiikkitalo.fi. Notification of willingness to participate in the market dialogue must be sent to the email mentioned above by 12 noon on January 16, 2026. The supplier is asked to state at least the supplier's name and a short description in the e-mail about the company, the desired time of the dialogue (date and time; the dialogues will be held in weeks 6-7 in 2026) and the supplier's contact information. Please note that Helsingin Musiikkitalo tries to take into account wishes at the time of the dialogue, but their implementation cannot be guaranteed.
