Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) invites tenderers to participate in a market survey in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement for the use of explosive search dogs. VAV needs to use explosive search rounds to lower the risk where VAV shall rehabilitate/renew previously blasted areas (ditches/rock/tunnels). There is a risk of saws (remaining explosives) in several of the projects, and the use of explosive search dogs will be a risk reducing measure. See the attached document for further information.
