The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract with Brief description of the contract: adapted procedure relating to methodological support, animation, support for experimentation, capitalization and production of deliverables of communication of the project Supporting transformations in the organization of work to secure the quality of life at work and continued employment in the Bas-Rhin supported by the House of Employment and Training in the Strasbourg employment area, over the period 2026-2027. The project is part of the FSE+ National Program Employment - Inclusion - Youth - Skills, priority 4, specific objective 4.d, and aims to support companies in Bas-Rhin in the prevention of professional wear and tear, improving quality of life, adapting work organizations and maintaining employment, particularly for seniors and vulnerable employees
