Each lot will be awarded separately. This is an ordinary contract, including a purchase order part within the meaning of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code, concluded without a minimum amount and with the maximum amounts specified in the contract documents. The purpose of this contract is the routine upkeep and maintenance aimed at ensuring that automation systems including elevators and automatic closing systems of the elevators are maintained in good condition. community buildings: offices, nurseries, cultural facilities, business incubators, etc. This includes: - Preventive maintenance: periodic checks, adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, regulatory checks. - Corrective maintenance: repairs and replacement of worn or defective parts (except large equipment or according to contract clauses). Equipment to be maintained includes elevators, gates, sectional doors, pedestrian doors, lifting barriers etc. The market is broken down into 8 lots covering the entire territory of the Basque Country Community: Labourd Nord, Labourd Sud, Basse Navarre and Soule
