This Sources Sought (SS) is in support of market research being conducted by the United States Army Contracting Command to identify potential sources, and if future efforts may be competitive. The proposed North Americal Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is identified as 541715. This SS is to notify that the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Research Triangle Park Division is seeking qualified sources for the Sole Source acquisition of the following competencies:
Theoretical and practical understanding of the techniques and technologies related to nuclear treaty verification, from research and development of such techniques and technologies, to their implementation and operation around the world.
Theoretical and practical understanding of the techniques and technologies related to geophysical measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) from research and development of such techniques and technologies, to their implementation and operation around the world.
Theoretical and practical understanding of the techniques and technologies related to Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), from research and development of such techniques and technologies, to their implementation and operation around the world.
Basic and applied geophysical research in the solid earth, atmosphere, cryosphere, oceans, unmanned aerial systems, and space.
