The Norwegian Environmental Agency has carried out a survey of the noise screens in the municipality. Ownership was mapped here the screens. For the noise screens that were registered as municipal, the degree of condition of the noise screens was assessed. Based on this mapping, we see that there is a need to rehabilitate several of the noise screens in order for them to be useful in shielding nearby residents from noise. To be able to quiet down correct environmental requirements and evaluate the price correctly, we would like answers to the attached questions. See appendix 1 and appendix 2. We would like to point out that all information you provide is treated confidentially, and is only intended for use in connection with the preparation of an upcoming competition. The answers will not affect how we evaluate any future offers. The Urban Environment Agency has a duty of confidentiality regarding information relating to technical devices and methods as well as operational or business conditions which will be of competitive importance to keep secret, cf. Administration Act section 13 first paragraph no. 2.
