St. Lawrence College (the College") is seeking proposals from qualified market research firms to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) list for conducting market research to inform program development, delivery and learner success.Market Research Firms must have the capacity to support a wide range ofresearch needs across the institution and its major academic Schools on an as-needed basis. This research will play a critical role in informing program development and supporting learner success. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to: Market Demand Analysis to identify high-potentialprogram areas and help forecast enrolment potential. Program Naming Research to determine program titles that best resonate with prospective students. Program Delivery Modality Research to explore preferences among students and industry stakeholders for various delivery formats (e.g., full-time, part-time, online, hybrid, in-person) and scheduling options (e.g., weekday, weekend, synchronous, asynchronous). Learner Demand and Behaviour Research to evaluate the appeal of proposed programs and gain insights into learner needs, motivations, and behaviours. Labour Market Analysis to identifycurrent and emerging skills gaps and align programs with workforce demands. Benchmarking against comparable institutions in the postsecondary sector to inform best practices and identify areas fordifferentiation.
