Brief description of the tender: Riigiside Sihtasutus (90006101; hereinafter RIKS) invites companies to participate in the market research organized on behalf of the National Support Center and conducted by RIKS in connection with the central state procurement of communication services. During the market research, we want feedback from companies operating in the relevant field regarding the conditions of the technical description of the last public procurement (see Appendix 1) and recommendations for the preparation of the technical description of the new public procurement. We collect feedback both in writing and orally in the form of a consultation: 1) Please send written feedback through the public procurement register no later than 23.04.2026 at 15:00 with information on participation in the meeting/consultation. 2) The meeting/consultation will take place on 30.04.2026 at 13:00 at RIKS at Ädala 29, Tallinn and via MS Teams.
