Sandnes municipality will procure framework agreements for advisory services for regulatory and technical plans for the agreement period 2022 2024 (2028). The framework agreements are intended to cover the main part of the Client's continuous need for advisory services within the following three categories:1. Overall planning/regulation2. Detailed regulation plan 3. Technical planning The municipality wants to have a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be carried out in the best possible way, and therefore we want your input on the tender basis in its entirety and on points that are important foragsgiver.
