Oslo municipality v/ The Economic and Administrative Agency invites you to a written market dialogue in connection with the acquisition of rental/leasing of multifunction machines. Today's agreement expires on 1 April 2027, and there is a need for a new agreement that covers all businesses in Oslo municipality's needs for printing, copying and scanning to e-mail. The municipality wants to meet its needs in a more sustainable way, including reducing climate and environmental impact, extending the life of existing equipment, repairing, sharing, reusing and buying more sustainable products. The need for multifunction machines in the municipality varies from small offices that need a simple desk model, to large schools that need larger machines with finishers that can print, scan and copy large amounts of paper. In addition, some businesses need secure solutions, as sensitive information and personal information are processed. A selection of the machines must therefore be able to be connected to secure networks.
