Market research - framework agreement maintenance of park and landscape facilities Drammen municipality will soon announce a competition for framework agreements for the maintenance of parks and landscape facilities in Drammen municipality. The procurement will include two sub-contracts: Zone 1: Drammen NordPreliminary scope is estimated at: approx. 267, 245 m² lawn, 73, 164 m² grass field, 6, 440 bushes and approx. 902 trees, in addition to perennials, roses etc. Zone 2: Drammen Sør Provisional scope is estimated at: approx. 328, 409 m² lawn, 190, 408 m² grass field, 7, 444 bushes and approx. 1, 252 trees, in addition to perennials, roses etc. The framework agreements apply to contractor services related to the maintenance of various types of green facilities for park management. The agreements will include fixed care assignments throughout the year, in addition to accounting work. The agreements will have a duration of approximately 5 years, including options. The currently estimated contract value is: Drammen Sør: approx. NOK 6.5-8.5 million excl. VAT per year Drammen Nord: approx. NOK 8.5-10.5 million excl. VAT per year Drammen municipality clarifies that these are provisional information, and that changes to the final competition basis and announcement may occur. Before the competition is announced, Drammen municipality wants input from the market. The purpose is to ensure that the competition is adapted to the market as best as possible, so that it becomes attractive and easy to participate in for as many suppliers as possible.
