The client annually holds many different types of events of various sizes, both indoors and outdoors. The events can take place during the day and/or evening, on weekdays and/or on weekends. The need may vary and change from year to year. The client is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the annual value of the procurement will be between NOK. 450, 000 - 700, 000 ex. VAT This gives a total value for the entire contract period, including options, of between NOK 1, 800, 000 - 2, 800, 000 ex. VAT The difference is due to uncertainty related to which events will be organized in the future. The estimate is based on statistics from the previous year, is of an informative nature only and entails no obligations for the client or rights for the supplier.
