PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION The plan of the Central Finland welfare region is to tender a finished product-based substitute management system delivered as a SaaS service, which enables notification of substitute needs, management of substitutes, booking of shifts and related communication in one centrally managed service. PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION REQUEST / MARKET SURVEY The purpose is to survey the companies operating in the market companies and their possibilities to implement the procurement in accordance with the needs of the Central Finland welfare region. With the request for information/market survey, questions related to procurement bidding and contracts are clarified so that the procurement can be carried out as appropriate as possible.
