This is a market survey, i.e. a request for information. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders. The purpose of this request for information is to collect information for the planned procurement of immigrant integration training organized as workforce training. The service is organized in Raahe. The procurement is done as a framework arrangement. The aim of integration education for immigrants is to promote the student's linguistic, social and professional skills and to support a smooth transition to working life or for further education. Integration training is regulated in the Act on the Organization of Labor Services (380/2023) and in the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). The trainings are carried out according to the basis of the curriculum approved by the Board of Education in accordance with. In the procurements, the ongoing legislative reform will be taken into account, especially the government proposal HE 74/2026 vp and the related changes.
