This is a market survey, i.e. a request for information. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders. The purpose of this request for information is to gather information about the immigrant integration training and literacy training organized as workforce training. implementation for future procurements. Services are organized in the employment area of the Oulu region. Acquisitions are made as separate framework arrangements. The aim of the integration training for immigrants is to promote the student's linguistic, social and professional skills and support a smooth transition to working life or further education. Integration training is regulated in the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023) and the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). the aim of literacy training is for the student to learn the basic oral and written skills of the Finnish or Swedish language. The trainings are carried out in accordance with the principles of the curriculum approved by the Board of Education to take into account the ongoing legislative reform, especially the government's proposal HE 74/2026 vp and the related changes. The procurement unit does not commit with this market survey to carry out the service procurements that are the subject of the information request.
