This is not a procurement notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information/market survey, with which the South Karelia welfare region maps out potential bidders to implement the data model coordination of the new Imatra rescue and police station project. This the information request/market survey concerns the procurement of services, as part of which the information model coordinator's consulting task is carried out. With the help of market dialogue, the welfare area strives to obtain information about the market's offer and the services of different suppliers and to map which suitability requirements and criteria the welfare area should use in its service procurement. South Karelia The starting points of the welfare area for the site are as follows:- The design material produced in the project is largely classified (TL IV). The supplier must have the ability and experience in handling and storing classified material appropriately (e.g. in accordance with the instructions of the Senate properties).- The handling of classified material requires that all planning meetings are carried out without remote connections (presence at the meeting place is mandatory). - The schedule is tight. The plans for the building permit must be ready in week 9 and for the contract calculation in week 18. Tentative start of construction in July-August 2026. Handover and commissioning of the building in October-November 2027.- The procurement unit requires that the tenderer has an alternate person system, on the basis of which an alternate person has been named for the actual appointed designer....
