Social transfers carried out in the entire area of logistics (four well-being areas: Central Ostrobothnia, Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland). The tendering will be arranged with dynamic period for approximately 5 to 7 years of contractwith a procurement system (DPS). This is a dynamic procurement system for service purchases exceeding the EU threshold.
