The target group is the Mikkeli region employment area (Mikkeli, Mäntyharju Hirvensalmi, Juva, Puumala, Kangasniemi) unemployed and under threat of unemployment vehicle drivers who need training in order to maintain the professional qualifications required by law and to be employed in the field. People who have a previously completed professional qualification based on either a driving license or a basic professional qualification completed in training. Before starting the actual procurement procedure, the procuring entity can carry out a market survey to prepare the procurement and provides suppliers with information about their plans and requirements for future procurement. In market mapping, the procurement unit can use independent experts, other authorities or suppliers.
