The solutions must be compatible with student systems (SIS) of higher education institutions and contain functionalities according to the attached descriptions. Ready-made solutions can covers only some of the described functionalities or all of them. In the market survey, providers of ready-made solutions are asked to provide solution descriptions and service level descriptions and information about their pricing model. In addition, the customer is asked to comment on preliminary requirements definitions and the customer's contract terms (main contract and personal data processing contract).
