The Medical Research Agency conducts market research regarding comprehensive audio-visual and graphic services for the purposes of the Agency's information and promotional activities. Contractors are asked to: - read the description of the order; - submit an estimated estimate valuation by completing two price forms (Attachment No. 1. Price form, Attachment No. 2. Price form). The inquiry in question is a value estimate and does not constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Code civil. The inquiry does not oblige the Ordering Party to conclude a contract or award an order and does not constitute part of the public procurement procedure carried out pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law.
