The Social Insurance Bank (hereinafter SVB) intends to re-tender the financial and payroll administration for budget holders in the implementation of PGB. This concerns a strategic market exploration. The scope includes software including maintenance and technical management. By outsourcing the financial and payroll administration, the SVB wants to make the employer administration for budget holders future-oriented.
