Market Engagement Questionnaire For The Redevelopment Of Dunston Hill Site

Gateshead Council (the Council) is proposing to procure a developer in relation to the redevelopment of the former Dunston Hill (Central Nursery) site to deliver a policy compliant development and manage the associated sales risk.

As part of this process the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.

Developers are invited to consider the inquiries detailed within this Market Engagement Questionnaire and complete the questionnaire in Section Two.

The Council will also run a limited number of Market Engagement one to one sessions which will commence from Monday 22nd of April 2024
