The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. As part of the traffic studies carried out in the study area, the project owner wishes to deepen the analysis network operation by carrying out dynamic traffic simulations using dedicated software. The service provider may use the modeling tool of its choice, provided that it is previously validated by the project owner. These Simulations will make it possible to reproduce real travel conditions during rush hours, integrating all modes of travel (light vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, public transport, cycles and pedestrians). The objective is to have a tool decision support allowing a detailed assessment of the current and future operation of crossroads and structuring axes, to identify saturation points and to test different development scenarios.
