The procurement may be divided into parts. Istekki Oy decides the number of possible parts and more detailed information after the market dialogue. The final terms of the procurement will be published with the procurement notice and request for tenders with attachments. According to the procurement unit's current preliminary view, the procurement procedure is an open procedure and in procurement a multi-bidder framework arrangement or dynamic procurement system (DPS) is established according to the current preliminary view of the procurement unit. The purpose of the market dialogue is to give potential bidders the opportunity to discuss the implementation of the procurement and provide insights and feedback to support procurement preparation. We greatly value the participation of potential bidders in the market dialogue, and the views presented by each participant will be taken into account in a possible tender in preparation. The procurement unit asks willing participants to register for the market dialogue by 11.00 on May 12, 2026 to the address [email protected] by e-mail. Based on the answers received, Istekki Oy will select at least 5 participants for a one-on-one conversation.
