Market dialogue: SOC and IRT services for Narvik municipality
Narvik municipality invites suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with a planned procurement of Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response Team (IRT) services. The purpose of the dialogue is to: gain better insight into supplier market available technological solutions current delivery models and appropriate price models for such services. The municipality particularly wants input on how SOC and IRT services should be structured, what requirements should be set for integration, response time, reporting and data security, as well as whether the services should be procured together or divided into sub-contracts. The suppliers are invited to provide written input on establishment, capacity, language skills, data storage within the EEA and other matters that are relevant for a practical and cost-effective solution for the public sector. The inputs will is used as a basis for designing a procurement that is as reliable as possible and promotes competition. Written submissions are sent via KGV/Doffin. The client can choose to conduct short dialogue meetings (estimated approx. 1 hour, digital). Please state whether you would like a dialogue meeting when submitting.
