Market dialogue: PCs, user equipment and Teams Rooms solutions Troms County Council invites suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with an upcoming acquisition of PCs, IT user equipment and Teams Rooms solutions. Troms county municipality is in the planning phase for the procurement of a framework agreement for PC equipment, IT user equipment and Teams Rooms solutions. The county municipality has an ongoing and complex need for replacement, supplementation and standardization of PCs, IT user equipment and meeting room units. There is a need for broad coverage of units so that different roles and usage situations can be handled within the same procurement. The acquisition will therefore cover both ordinary needs related to work surfaces and peripheral equipment, as well as supplementing equipment for Teams Rooms solutions in meeting rooms. The agreement shall include the delivery of PCs and IT user equipment, including docks, monitors as well as keyboards and mice. The agreement shall also cover meeting room equipment, including Teams Room units (MTR) which are certified for Teams Rooms, and which may be based on MTRoW and/or MTRoA. The agreement will primarily include the delivery of equipment and any services linked to preparation, logistics and commissioning where this is necessary for rollout. The purpose of the dialogue is to obtain information from the market to ensure that the upcoming the procurement takes care of the county council's needs and expectations, as well as the market's opportunities and recommendations.
