Market dialogue for operator model at new container terminal in Kongsgård Welcome to dialogue meetings about the operator model at the new container terminal in Kongsgård. From the decision of the Port Board on 02.06.26, it has been decided that it will be investigated where Kristiansand harbor IKS can take the operator model in-house. This does not mean that we must necessarily do all the operator tasks alone, it may for example be relevant that certain parts of the operator activities should be carried out by a private player. To make good judgments about this "interface" before any competition, we need dialogue with possible future partners, so that we can ensure that the solution we land on is commercially interesting for all parties.
