This is an invitation/request for a market dialog (not prior notice, contract notice or invitation to tender). The request for information will not be offered, but registering for market dialogue will announce the willingness to participate in the procurement planning.Art: Kela aims to acquire three e-learning platform as SaaS service: 1. KELA Affiliate Network School2.kela Personnel Online School3.Kanta Online School Network Learning Platform will be available, including 24/7, except for possible service outages • Follow Kela and Stock Layout. • Enable Students Login, Tracking and monitoring courses. • As basic functionality in addition to producing text, e.g. Linking to pictures and videos, intermediate tests, end test, certificate and feedback • Support H5P functionality and SCORM packages • Enable current Moodle-based courses Transfer. User estimate is approximately 5500 /month, distributed between three different environments. The estimate of the number of users is based on the number of participants in current training. Probably the number of user numbers will increase in the future.The underpassing item: The preliminary target of the acquisition is e-learning platforms As a SaaS service, technical support and maintenance of the platform and training of Kela experts to the platform. Kela experts produce the content of online schools. Transferring courses in old learning environments to the new environment is part of a delivery project.
