The purpose of the dialogue is to catch up the market's assessments of how the procurement should be structured to ensure the best possible competition, relevant offers and an appropriate agreement structure. OFA IKS particularly wants input on the choice between a framework agreement, a dynamic purchasing arrangement (DPS) or one combination of these, as well as to how sub-areas should be structured, how assignment of tasks should be carried out, and how the procurement can support innovation and the use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence. Suppliers with experience from IT consultancy deliverables to the public or private sector, including both broad and specialized environments, are encouraged to participate and share their experiences and recommendations.
